Drying and heating system can be regarded as an important part of the whole asphalt batch plant, so in practical work, the materials are treated by counter current heating, so as to realize the full dehydration of cold aggregate, and also heat it to a certain temperature, thus providing necessary conditions for the normal and continuous operation of asphalt mixing plant. Generally speaking, when the asphalt mixing plant is operating under low temperature conditions, the asphalt circulation pump and spray pump cannot operate normally, which will cause the asphalt in the asphalt scale to solidify, so the asphalt mixing plant cannot be produced. So that the asphalt mixing plant requires heating system during operation.

Generally speaking, the main reason that the heating system cannot meet the established requirements is because the high temperature oil tank of the heat transfer oil is too low, which causes the circulation of the heat transfer oil to be unsmooth, and it may also be because the inner tube of the double pipe is eccentric or the heat transfer oil pipeline is too long. Therefore, in response to these phenomena, the heating system of the asphalt batch plant should increase the position of the oil replenishment tank, and then install the corresponding exhaust valve. The conveying pipeline also needs to be repaired accordingly, and a booster pump and an insulation layer must be added.
