How to improve the heat transfer oil heating system of small scale asphalt batching plant?
1, Increase the position of the oil supply tank
Increase the height of the high-level heat transfer oil tank to 6m from the ground, so that the low level of the heat transfer oil supplement tank is not lower than the high point of the heat transfer oil pipeline of the asphalt mixing plant, so that the heat transfer oil pipeline is always filled with heat transfer oil to avoid formation air resistance.
2, Install exhaust valve
Install an exhaust valve at the high point of the heat-conducting oil pipeline of the asphalt mixing plant to exhaust the air in the heat-conducting oil pipeline. When starting the heat-conducting oil circulating pump for the first time, you need to open the valve of the exhaust valve to discharge the air in the pipeline. When the heat-conducting oil flows out from the exhaust valve, then close the valve of the exhaust valve.
3, Trim the conveying pipe
Refurbish and make the asphalt conveying pipe to make the two-layer pipeline concentric, and clean up the welding slag and impurities deposited in the pipeline.
4, Install booster pump
At the end of the heat transfer oil pipeline of the small scale asphalt batching plant, a booster pump (centrifugal heat transfer oil pump) that facilitates the circulation of the heat transfer oil is added, so that a higher pressure can be obtained at the end of the heat transfer oil pipeline, thereby increasing the circulation of the heat transfer oil heating system.
5, Add insulation layer
Add an external insulation layer to the asphalt conveying pipe and heat conducting oil pipe to reduce the heat loss of the asphalt conveying pipe and heat conducting oil pipe. The insulation layer is made of industrial asbestos and is wrapped around the asphalt conveying pipe and heat conducting oil pipe.
