Unlike the superficial environmental modifications of traditional equipment that only focus on dust removal, our low-emission asphalt mixing plants adopt a closed-loop environmental design throughout the entire process, completely solving the problem of fugitive pollution. The entire equipment uses a fully enclosed main building, a closed cold aggregate silo, and a sealed conveying corridor, creating a negative pressure dust-free environment that prevents dust diffusion during aggregate transportation and batching processes from the source. Simultaneously equipped with a graded dust removal system, combining a pre-pulse dust collector with a high-efficiency bag filter, particulate matter emissions can be controlled below 20mg/m³, far below international environmental standards, perfectly adapting to the stringent emission requirements of different regions.
 

Asphalt fume and VOCs treatment are core environmental challenges in the industry and also the core advantage of our products. Traditional equipment directly emits asphalt fumes, which not only have a pungent odor but also pose a serious risk of exceeding environmental standards. We have specifically optimized the combustion and exhaust gas treatment system, paired with a suitable low-NOx burner, which decomposes most of the asphalt fume through high-temperature secondary combustion, and then supplemented by a condensation adsorption purification device to degrade harmful gases layer by layer, significantly reducing VOCs and nitrogen oxide emissions, completely solving the problems of odor nuisance and excessive emissions at construction sites. Based on years of export experience, this combined purification solution is compatible with various combustion modes such as diesel, natural gas, and dual fuels, offering extremely high compatibility.
 

The low emission asphalt plant equipment also excels in energy saving, carbon reduction, and detailed environmental protection. The entire series is equipped with variable frequency energy-saving fans and intelligent temperature control systems, precisely matching production loads and reducing energy consumption by more than 10% compared to traditional models, effectively reducing carbon emissions. It also features dedicated noise reduction, rainwater and sewage separation, and waste recycling systems, significantly reducing equipment operating noise. Production wastewater and waste aggregates can be recycled, with a solid waste recycling rate exceeding 90%, truly achieving a zero-waste, low-noise, and low-energy green production model.
