The equipment boasts a streamlined and mature structure, with fuel consumption per unit of mixed material controlled at 6.2-7.8kg. Its wear parts are highly standardized, resulting in annual maintenance costs that are over 40% lower than large equipment. For rural road construction, routine road maintenance, and emergency repair projects, the core requirements are mobility, flexibility, and rapid deployment. Lightweight mobile asphalt mixing plant equipment is the optimal solution. These projects are characterized by dispersed locations, short construction periods, and limited space.
