Asphalt Batch Plants

The maintenance of asphalt batch plants can reduce error rate and improve productivity. For every 2000-250 hours of operation, the inspection content should include the lubrication of the equipment according to the lubrication table, the verification of the tightness and wear of the hot material lifting and jumping chain bolts, and the replacement of the sealing equipment of the powder conveyor, thorough cleaning of induced draft fan blades, verification of rust on the retainer and verification of the bottom leakage of blade bolts, etc.

Check the degree of wear of the thermometer; check whether the silo level indicator of asphalt batch plants is normal; check the accuracy of the thermocouple thermometer at the equipment site; check the asphalt three-way valve to prevent valve leakage. When the asphalt batching plant equipment is running for more than 50-60 hours, the specific inspection content includes the following aspects to lubricate the equipment; check the degree of wear of the conveyor belt, and replace the belt when necessary; check the oil quality and oil in the mixing tank drive device, check the position and perform lubrication treatment when necessary; check the tightness of the V-belt drive equipment and make appropriate adjustments; check the bolt tightness of the hot material hoist equipment, adjust the position of the grid plate, and make it hot bone material feeding is convenient; check the relevant chain drive wheels in the hot material ti lift; check whether the induced draft fan is blocked by dust to avoid dust blocking the fan and cause bearing wear; check the gear box, and inject according to the manual if necessary lubricant; check the tension sensor and its related accessories; check the degree of wear of the vibrating screen screen, replace the screen if necessary; check the degree of wear of the scraper inside the dryer, and check the drive coupling of the drying cylinder wear of thrust wheel; check the wear of parts such as the shaft seal of the mixing arm blade of the asphalt batch plants, and replace if necessary; check whether the asphalt spray pipe is unobstructed.
