The mixing tower system adopts high position design (two discharge method: discharging the mixed material into material mover, then discharging into the mixed material storage silo; discharging the mixed material directly into the truck from the bottom of the mixing tower or the mixed material storage silo.

The batching tower of our systems is fully automatic to offer the best guarantee in terms of product quality. The operator can choose all the required process parameters and all components of the tower will become automatically set to obtain the requested product. The main units of the tower such as elevator, vibrating screen, hot aggregate storage bins and mixer are designed for long life, low maintenance and reliability.
