The asphalt mixing plant works in accordance with such principle: Retired asphalt such as road pavement is reclaimed, then screened, heated, stored, weighed and then fed into mixer of asphalt batching plant in accordance with product formula. It's mixed with fresh raw material in the mixer to produce high quality asphalt mixture. NFLG independently develops RD series plant of intellectual property right adopts, European latest technology and adapting to actual exploitation conditions.

2) Unique heating way, preventing continuous asphalt mixing plant for aging that may happen during heating process;

3) Smoke channel and material output are fitted with temperature monitor to ensure output material compliance and production safety;

4) Meeting and even surpassing national standard in terms of reclaimed material damage, blue fume emission and add-on pollution;

5) Percentage of reclaimed asphalt could be up to 50% in finished mixture; rivaling that of international first- class plant.
