If it is found that the storage material in each hopper is unbalanced, it shall be shut down in time to prevent full storage or storage bunkering. The quantity of each component in each batch shall be set correctly according to the production mix proportion, accurately weighed according to the mass ratio or volume ratio, and the mixing time shall be strictly controlled. The mixing time of hot mix asphalt batching plant is related to the type of mixture. The mixing time of each pot of intermittent mixing equipment is generally controlled within 30-50s (dry mixing shall not be less than 5S).
