Asphalt plant operation checklist process

The asphalt plant operation should be correct to ensure the normal work of the asphalt mixing equipment. So the asphalt mixing plant operator should has rich experience, when operate the asphalt plant, we should follow the operation checklist, which will guarantee the safety, improve the production efficiency and prolong the equipment service life.

1. The motor part of asphalt mixing plant is executed in accordance with the relevant regulations of the general operating procedures.
2. Clean up the site and check whether all the protective devices are safe and reliable, and whether the fire protection appliances are complete and effective.
3. Check whether the components are in good condition, whether the transmission parts are loose or not, and whether the connecting bolts of each part are tightly secured.
4. Check whether the lubricating oil and grease are sufficient, whether the oil level in the gearbox is appropriate, and whether the special oil quantity of the pneumatic system is normal.
5. Check whether the quantity, quality or specifications of pellets, mineral powder, asphalt, fuel and water and other technical parameters meet the production requirements.
6. Check the heat transfer oil heating device, and raise the heat transfer oil to the specified temperature in advance according to different seasons and production needs.
7. Check whether there are stones, debris blocking and damage on the screen surface of the vibrating screen, and determine whether to replace the screen specifications according to the production requirements.
8. Check whether the wire rope is in good condition, whether the position of the finished hopper on the track is correct, and whether the stroke switch is sensitive and reliable.
9. Check whether the power supply meets the requirements of the rated voltage and frequency of the equipment. The deviation is not allowed to exceed ± 5%.
10. Check whether the electrical components such as switches, contactors, relays, motors, cables, etc. are normal.
11. Check and start the air compressor to reach the working pressure.
