As a highly automated electromechanical integrated device, the burner can be divided into five major systems based on its functions: the air supply system, ignition system, monitoring system, fuel system, and electrical control system.

1. Air Supply System
The function of the air supply system in an asphalt plant burners is to deliver a certain air speed and volume into the combustion chamber. Its main components include the casing, fan motor, fan impeller, blast tube, damper controller, damper baffle, and diffuser disc.

2. Ignition System
The function of the ignition system is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel. Its main components include the ignition transformer, ignition electrode, and ignition high-voltage cable.

3. Monitoring System
The function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe operation of the asphalt plant burners. Its main components in the coating production line include flame detectors, pressure monitors, external temperature monitors, etc.

4. Fuel System
The function of the fuel system is to ensure the supply of fuel required for combustion. The fuel system of an oil burner mainly consists of oil pipes and connectors, oil pumps, solenoid valves, nozzles, and heavy oil preheaters. The fuel system of a gas burner mainly includes filters, pressure regulators, solenoid valve groups, and ignition solenoid valve groups.

5. Electrical Control System
The electrical control system serves as the command center and coordination center for all the above systems. The main control component is the program controller, which is equipped with different program controllers for different burners. Common program controllers include the LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, and LGB series, with the main difference being the time required for each program step. Mechanical types, such as those from Danfoss and Siemens, have slower response times, while electronic types, including domestic brands, have faster responses.
