The dust and smoke enter the bag filter, and the filtered smoke is directly discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan. The hot aggregate is sieved into several specifications through the sieving machine, and then flowed into the corresponding hot material storage bins for storage. According to the set ratio of asphalt batching mixing plant, aggregates of different specifications are put into the stone measuring bin in batches in the order of first small and then large. At the same time, the hot asphalt sent by the asphalt supply system and the powder sent by the powder supply system are respectively put into the respective measuring devices according to the set ratio for measurement. After the weighing is completed, put it into the asphalt mixing pot according to the pre-set sequence for forced mixing. The mixed finished material is discharged into the finished material lifting trolley, and then lifted and unloaded by the hoist to the finished material silo for storage, or directly unloaded to the material dump truck.
