From the perspective of the core mixing system, the asphalt aggregate mixing plant equipment adopts a twin-shaft forced mixing host. The mixing blades are optimized through three-dimensional biomimetic design, coupled with an optimal mixing speed of 60 r/min, enabling aggregates, asphalt, and additives to achieve uniform mixing within 15-20 seconds. The homogeneity variation coefficient of the mixture is ≤3%, far below the industry standard requirement of 5%. The host liner and mixing blades are made of NM450 wear-resistant alloy material, which, after overall quenching treatment, achieves a hardness of HRC55 or higher. Under a daily production capacity of 2000 tons, the service life can reach over 8000 hours, a 60% improvement compared to ordinary materials, significantly reducing equipment maintenance costs. It is worth noting that our independently developed intelligent temperature control system, through infrared temperature measurement and closed-loop feedback adjustment technology, improves the asphalt heating temperature control accuracy to ±1℃, effectively avoiding the performance degradation of the mixture caused by temperature fluctuations.
The asphalt aggregate mixing plant's structural design fully considers the convenience of export transportation and on-site installation. Core components adopt a modular design, with the maximum single-piece weight controlled within 25 tons, adaptable to conventional container transportation, and the on-site installation cycle can be shortened to 7 days. Regarding dust control, we adopt a three-stage dust removal system: a first-stage gravity dust collector removes large dust particles, a second-stage pulse bag filter captures fine particulate matter, and a third-stage activated carbon adsorption removes harmful gases. Dust emission concentration is ≤10mg/m³, complying with EU CE certification and US EPA environmental standards. For special working conditions such as tropical and high-altitude environments, the asphalt mixing plant equipment can be customized with high-temperature heat dissipation kits and high-altitude pressurization devices to ensure stable operation within an ambient temperature range of -20℃ to 45℃ and an altitude range of 0-4500 meters. This has been validated in multiple overseas projects in Southeast Asia and Africa.
A robust quality control system is the core guarantee of product quality. We have established a comprehensive inspection standard covering the entire process from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. Key components such as reducers and motors are sourced from internationally renowned brands, and each piece of equipment undergoes a 72-hour no-load test run and a 24-hour load test run before leaving the factory, comprehensively testing 16 core indicators including mixing uniformity, temperature stability, and dust removal efficiency. Thanks to stringent quality control, our equipment has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, achieving a mean time between failures (MTBF) of over 5000 hours. For now, our LB series aggregate asphalt mixing plants are exported to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide, having cumulatively completed over 50 million tons of asphalt mixture production in highway and municipal road projects, with a customer satisfaction rate exceeding 98%.
