Operation procedures of asphalt mixing plant

Asphalt mixing plant belongs to large equipment, so there are many points we should pay attention to the safety while using. So the operation procedures are significant to operators and project manager. The operation procedures of asphalt mixing plant can be divided into two parts, about the asphalt mixer and the operation, here let me introduce them as follows.

To the asphalt mixer:

1, Make sure the installation is firm, the distance apart from the wall and near fixture is more than 0.6 m, there should be good grounding.

2, Turn on the power to preheating for 30 min, press the dashboard "rise" button, the mixing head rise, pour into the preheated mixture into the pot, press “up” button on the operation panel, drop the the mixing material into the pot, press the “down” button and the stir head down to the pot, press the start button, stir to the scheduled time, it will automatically shut down, reset for the next batching.

3, Press the "rise" button, mixing head goes up, loosen the lock nut, open the locator, Push the pot upside down by hand, pour the mixture to the mould.

4, The mixture and sample preparation is completed, cut off the power and clean the machine.

Operating procedures of asphalt mixing plant:

1, The instrument installation should be solid, after the power supply, check whether the operation is normal, power supply is reliable, control button is normal.

2, Filed a guide rod, use hanging hammer plate to positioning, rising the test tube, add sample to the dowel pin, put test tube down, put the guide rod in a test tube.

3, Turn on the power switch, set number of hammer according to the test, press the reset button which is stored after load.

4, Press the pause/work key, the instrument work stops when comes to the set number.

5, Take the mould out, commutation position, press the reset button, instrument repeat last work, compaction, press pause/work to end process.

6, According to the above operation, completed the follow-up specimens.

7, When the work is finished, cut off the power supply, clean and maintain the equipment.
